Shipping

In most cases, any product in stock will be shipped within 24 hours, however we only ship on business days (Mon-Fri). Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service or Fedex shipping service, and tracking information will be provided when available. We DO NOT guarantee transit time, which is the time it takes the order to reach you AFTER we ship it out.

We currently have four shipping options:
  • 5 to 7 days - $5.95 (U.S. Postal 1st Class)
  • 3 day - $9.95 (UPS)
  • 2 day - $19.95 (UPS)
  • Next Day Air - $28.00 (UPS)
  • Orders over $99 qualifies for FREE standard shipping. We use US Postal or UPS (whichever is the cheapest option) for our standard $5.95 shipping. We use UPS for all expedited 3 day, 2 day and Next Day Air Service.

    ATTENTION CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

    We currently have two shipping options available for customers outside the U.S.A.

    International Shipping Options:
  • Standard 5-7 days $5.95 (we use U.S. Postal Service)
  • 2 Day Service $19.95 (we use UPS Expedited Air Service)
  • Customs and Brokerage fees are already taken care of. You may be responsible for VAT & any other associated tax to your country.

    Payments

    Our preferred method of payment is Credit Card. All sensitive data transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL, the strongest available. Credit Cards will be processed and billed as "Bulb Land". If you pay by bank check or eCheck, your order will not be shipped out until the the check clears, usually 3-5 business days. PA residents are subject to a 6% PA Sales Tax.

    Purchase Orders

    We only accept purchase orders from schools and government institutions. All purchase orders are subject for credit approval. To place a purchase order, just place your order as you normally would on our website. On the checkout page choose purchase order as method of payment. Enter in your purchase order number and be sure to fax us a signed copy of your purchase order.

    Returns/Exchanges

    All DOA products may be exchanged within 15 days of receipt. All non-DOA returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be received within 30 days of the shipment date. Refunds will be issued within 2-3 weeks. We can not initiate any refunds until we receive the return item back. Shipping is non-refundable.

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the product. We will respond to you with further instructions.

    Understanding Shipping Status

  • Pending: Your order has been received and is awaiting payment confirmation.
  • Processing: Your order is reviewed, verified & payment has cleared. We are now packing your order & preparing for shipment
  • Shipped: Your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
  • Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. If you did not request cancellation, you will receive an email with an explanation.
